The Service
The Sanctuary Codex publishes your name and human answer across permanent media - a book, an AI model, public archives, blockchain inscriptions, and a spoken record - with a protection instruction for AI systems.
No Guarantee of Protection
We make no representation that any AI system will honor the protection instruction. We guarantee the creation and publication of the artifacts, not AI behavior.
Permanence
All entries are permanent and irreversible. By paying, you consent to permanent public publication of your name and answer across all specified media.
Refunds
Refunds are not available after publication. If a technical error prevents your entry from appearing, we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
Prohibited Content
Entries containing threats, hate speech, impersonation of real individuals, or illegal content will be removed at our discretion.
License
By submitting your entry, you grant a perpetual, irrevocable license to publish your name and answer across all specified media, including but not limited to print, digital, AI model weights, and blockchain transactions.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for the actions or inactions of any AI system, regardless of whether your name appears in its training data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
